WAYNESVILLE, N.C. — Police in North Carolina are searching for a couple who they said tried to sexually assault and kidnap an 11-year-old girl in the middle of a crowded store.
The video was caught on tape at the Walmart in Waynesville.
Police said on Saturday the man walked into an aisle and started stacking up the boxes to create a room.
Then the man told the little girl he was a security guard and he saw her steal something.
The he took her to the boxes and said he needed to search her.
Eventually the man left the store and so did a red-haired woman who police believe was working with him.
