SALISBURY, N.C. — Salisbury Police responded to shots fired call at 11:12 p.m. Saturday.
When police arrived at the North Ellis Street Apartments, they found Timothy Grady, 34, had been shot to death.
Police have obtained an arrest warrant for 31-year-old Frankie Eugene Cox Jr. for the murder of Grady.
They said the suspect and the victim knew each other
