ROCK HILL, S.C. — A Rock Hill man is facing charges that he drunkenly assaulted his 10-year-old niece.
Police arrested 51-year-old Dennis Erby after they say he punched his niece in the eye, called her fat and knocked her off a stool.
The girl's sister told investigators he was so drunk and out of control she had to use pepper spray on him.
