CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are investigating an overnight armed robbery at a south Charlotte pizzeria.
Investigators said that around 1 a.m., a man armed with a gun entered Toppers Pizza on South Boulevard and demanded money.
The thief ran from the restaurant but police found some clothing they think he may have dropped nearby.
Nobody in the pizza shop was hurt during the robbery and no arrests have been made.
