CHARLOTTE, N.C. - A third person will be in court Thursday after police said he helped dump a body in west Charlotte.
Officers charged Mark Huntley Wednesday with accessory after the fact to first degree murder.
They said he helped Avery Lail move and then dump Brian Jones' body on Old Dowd road last month.
Lail is charged with the murder.
Police also charged Lail's girlfriend, Delia Rick, who they said helped wash Lail's bloody clothes.
