CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A missing 14-year-old Charlotte with cognitive issues was safely located Tuesday afternoon.
Officials with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department said Braylon Bowen walked away from his home on Tifton Road around 3 a.m.
Braylon has been diagnosed with cognitive issues, and his family is extremely concerned about him, police said.
Police said Braylon was reunited with his family. They didn't say where he was located.
