CHARLOTTE, N.C. - A teenager is out of jail on bond after police said he peeped into a girl's window and tried to break in.
Police arrested 19-year-old Darius Smith Tuesday night.
They said he opened a girl's window at her home on Sinclair Street in northwest Charlotte and peeped into her bedroom.
The girl called authorities and was able to identify Smith to police.
