A car crashed into the back of a school bus at the intersection of Stumptown and Old Statesville Roads Wednesday morning.

One person was transported with potentially life-threatening injuries, medics said.
The car was wedged under the rear of the bus. The driver had to be extricated.
There were no students on the bus at the time.
