Public schedule released for Michelle Obama during DNC

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — First Lady Michelle Obama will travel to Charlotte on Monday afternoon for the Democratic National Convention.

She will speak on the opening night of the convention. Her speech is set to begin at 10:35 p.m.

Michelle Obama will also attend several events throughout the week. On Wednesday, she is speaking at the African American caucus meeting, the Hispanic caucus meeting and the Human Rights Campaign/Victory Fund luncheon honoring LGBT elected officials.

On Thursday, Michelle Obama and Jill Biden will participate in a USO service project and also speak at the women’s caucus meeting.
