ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. - People will rally in Rowan County Tuesday to push for an end to gassing stray animals.
The county has already been offered a grant to get rid of the gas chamber at the animal shelter and switch to injections, but they have not accepted the money.
The rally will be at the Rowan government administration building on West Innes Street at 4:30 p.m.
