Sandy impacts NC early voting

NORTH CAROLINA — Sandy is impacting North Carolina elections. Early voting has been cancelled on Saturday in two coastal areas.

Dare County and Ocracoke have cancelled voting due to weather concerns.

The early voting site in Pamlico County will be closed on Sunday.
