SC Democrats to hold vigil on anniversary of tax-return hacking

South Carolina Democrats plan to have vigils across the state on the anniversary of the tax-return hacking.

About one year ago, Gov. Nikki Haley announced that unencrypted information was hacked from returns for nearly 6 million people and hundreds of thousands of businesses.

Democratic Party Chairman Jaime Harrison called Haley's handling of the hacking a failure of leadership.
