ROCK HILL, S.C. - South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley will be in Rock Hill Tuesday to celebrate a milestone for a local organization.
Keystone Substance Abuse Services is celebrating the birth of its 100th healthy drug-free baby.
The organization has worked for 14 years to help women recover from addiction and care for the children.
