SOUTH CAROLINA - A second South Carolina website fell victim to another possible hacker on Saturday.
The State Department of Employment and Workforce said its site was defaced with a message like graffiti on a wall.
A message appeared on the home screen around 6:30 p.m. Saturday night.
DEW said it has multiple security layers that protect sensitive information and the agency stresses that no personal information was stolen.
