Second meth lab discovered at Rock Hill home

ROCK HILL, S.C. — Police in York County uncovered a meth lab at a home in Rock hill for the second time in seven months.

Channel 9's news partners at The Herald in Rock Hill reported that Richard Bailey and Benny Sullivan were charged with manufacturing and trafficking meth.

Police said they found an active lab and more than a half-gallon of liquid meth.

Kaeley Jenkins was charged with child neglect and exposing a child to meth. Her 1-year-old son was in the home at the time.

He's now in DSS custody.
