U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham is threatening to hold up all Senate appointments including Charlotte Congressman Mel Watt's nomination to the Federal Housing Agency.
Graham said he wants the Obama administration to answer more questions about the Benghazi attack in September 2012, and he's going to block every appointment until the survivors testify before Congress.
Earlier Monday, the White House announced it wants Watt's confirmation voted on this week.
