CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, S.C. - A Chesterfield County middle school student could be expelled after investigators said he took a gun to school Monday.
The sheriff has not said if the gun was loaded at New Heights Middle School.
No one was hurt, and the student is not in custody, officials said.
Investigators have not released any more information on the case.
