ALEXANDER COUNTY, N.C. — Officials canceled a Silver Alert for a missing Alexander County woman Wednesday afternoon, saying that she has been found and is all right.
The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert Tuesday morning for Christine Barnes St. Clair, 74, after she went missing from her Taylorsville home.
Authorities said St. Clair is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
