ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 64-year-old man from Rowan County.
Richard Lee Wallace was last seen at 1515 Salisbury Ave., Apt. 6, in Spencer, officials said, and is believed to have dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Wallace is described as white, with brown hair, blue eyes and a gray beard. He’s 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds.
Officials said he was last seen wearing a gray jacket with blue jeans and boots.
Wallace drives a 1999 red Dodge Dakota with NC license plate PCN-6115.
