CALDWELL COUNTY, N.C. — South Caldwell High School students were evacuated from the building Friday after a threatening phone call was made, officials said.
Students with cars on campus were released for the day, but all other students were transported to the Granite Falls Recreation Center.
Parents can pick up students at the recreation center.
Students who are not picked up will be returned to the school once law enforcement clears it.
Parents will receive an alert notification when the facility has been cleared.
Channel 9 is asking school officials about the threat.
