CHARLOTTE, N.C. - One of four teenagers accused of robbing a pizza delivery driver and beating him in the head with a baseball bat last summer will spend at least six years in prison.
Xavier Wilkes pleaded guilty Wednesday.
Investigators said Wilkes and three others lured a Papa John’s Pizza driver to an apartment complex and beat him after stealing pizza and wings.
