CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Temperatures in the Charlotte area are warming up after dipping into the 20s overnight.
Friday marked the coldest morning so far in December.
The sunshine is helping it thaw out quickly, though. Temperatures are expected to rise back above average for December, with a high of 58 degrees on Friday.
The temperature will drop again overnight, but it won’t be quite as cold with lows in the 30s.
