Three injured in shooting in Rock Hill Saturday night, officials say

ROCK HILL, S.C. — Three people were injured after in a Saturday night shooting in Rock Hill, police say.

The shooting happened just before 10 p.m.

Public Information Officer Lieutenant Chavis said a gathering was taking place on Carolina Avenue when a someone came by and started shooting at the group.

Three victims were transported to the hospital, according to Chavis. The extent of their injuries and the victims' names have not been released.

Chavis said no suspects are in custody.

More information is expected to be released Monday.
