Trial for man accused of killing 3 continues Monday

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Testimony will resume Monday in the trial of a man accused of killing three people in Charlotte.

Justin Hurd is accused of killing Kinshasa Wagstaff and Kevin Young in 2008 then setting their home on fire to cover up the crime.  
He's also charged with killing Jasmine Hines.       

Hines' body was found at a different scene, shot and covered with gasoline.      

Hurd could face the death penalty if he's convicted.
