WAXHAW, N.C. - The North Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a wreck that left a man dead Tuesday night in Waxhaw.
The crash happened at the intersection of Lancaster Highway and McWhorter Road.
According to troopers, 76-year-old Frazier Moore, of Pageland, did not stop for a stop sign at the intersection and another driver T-boned him.
Police said the driver of the other vehicle will not be charged.
