CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Tuesday morning started out with clouds and light fog.
The clouds have since cleared out, and temperatures are warming to the lower 70s.
A rain chance is still on track for the end of the week, but should miss most Halloween plans.
Dry weather remains through Thursday afternoon before the rain arrives Thursday night.
The rain is expected to clear out by the weekend.
