UNION COUNTY — Union County parents upset about redistricting will make their first legal move to stop the process on Monday morning.
A group of parents plans to file a lawsuit against the school board.
The group has been raising money to fund legal action since the school board's controversial vote two weeks ago to shuffle thousands of students to different schools.
