Court documents show a history of domestic violence between a Unionville Couple killed in a murder suicide.
The documents said Mary Ismail filed an order of protection in September, but it expired in October.
Police said her estranged husband Bobby Ismail shot and killed her early Thursday morning before killing himself in front of their 9-year-old daughter.
In the court documents Mary said her kids were afraid of their father.
She also described him as verbally and physically abusive.
