CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte City Council voted unanimously to allow up to 22 townhomes to be built on the VanLandingham Estate property in Plaza Midwood.
The estate is racking up debt and its upkeep is expensive.
The approval will help maintain the historic property.
