The U.S. Marshal’s tried to stop the vehicle but Holloway hit their patrol cars, ran off the road and into the porch of a business, authorities said.
Holloway and female passenger ran into the store and into the basement.
The woman, Hannah Elizabeth Hawkins, 32, gave up to the U.S. Marshals but Holloway hid in the basement of the store, under some steps, deputies said.
