YORK COUNTY, S.C. - A York County judge ruled there isn't enough evidence to charge a woman with murder.
Rock Hill police charged Alicia Johnson with stabbing Anthony Davis to death with scissors in September.
During a preliminary hearing Tuesday, her attorney argued she acted in self-defense.
A judge found probable cause to charge her with voluntary manslaughter.
