A woman at The Arboretum shopping center in south Charlotte said a man took a photograph under her skirt on Sunday without her permission, police said.
A 47-year-old woman was in the Walmart at the shopping center on Pineville-Matthews Road when the incident happened.
In 2014, police said a man exposed himself to a 34-year-old woman inside the same Walmart.
In March, they said a man exposed himself to a 42-year-old in the Barnes and Noble next door.
Police haven't said if any of the cases are related.
