CHARLOTTE, N.C. - A woman is facing charges after police said she assaulted an officer over an unpaid vodka shot at an uptown restaurant.
Police said they approached Roxanne Henagan on Saturday about not paying her bill at the Hooters on Trade Street. They said Henagan pushed a female officer and then tried to punch her.
Officers said they had to use a taser on Henagan.
She faces a number of charges, including assault and fraud.
