Allegations Stack Up Against Huntersville Eye Doctor

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. —

More than a dozen women have now told police they believe a Huntersville optometrist touched them inappropriately.

Dr. Christopher Reynolds was arrested last week on a sexual battery charge after a woman went to police and said the doctor touched her in a sexual manner during a routine eye exam in June.

Huntersville police said 15 other women have come forth and also accused Reynolds of inappropriately touching them at the Northcross Eye Associates office on Sam Furr Road.

Officers are in the process of interviewing each of the women.
