City Rules Regarding Matheson Avenue Bridge Mural

• The Arts and Science Council and the Meck Dec Society must be OK with the project, which the city said they are.

• The city will own the mural when it's finished.

• The NoDa Neighborhood Association will maintain it.

• The city has the option to paint over the mural.

• The artists can't damage any sidewalks, roads or the bridge in the process of painting the mural.

• Artists must have insurance in case they are injured while working on the project.
