Clover Man Accused Of Killing Cousin

A man accused of killing his cousin in York County over the weekend is in police custody.

Officers arrested Otavis Bigger, 25, Sunday at a motel in Gastonia.

They said he shot and killed Travis Bigger, 32, Saturday night at a home in Clover after the two got into a fight.

Police said they located Otavis Bigger and took him into custody Sunday at the America’s Best Value Inn in Gastonia.

The Rock Hill Herald reported that Otavis Bigger has an extensive arrest record since 2004 involving more than 40 charges ranging from DUI and drugs to simple assault and criminal domestic violence.
