CMPD Significant Event Log For July 6/7

 
July 7 7:40 p.m. ADW-With Injury at North Davidson St at East 17th St in Eastway Division. The victim was stabbed by a subject he was having an argument with. The victim was transported by Medic with a stab wound to the abdomen; he is currently in stable condition The suspect is a BM, wearing a red t-shirt. He is described as tall and heavy set, from 250-300 pounds. He has shoulder length dreads and is dark skinned. who has been arrested after turning himself in to police.

July 7 8:01 p.m. Death-Natural at 4300 Kuykendall Rd in South Division. Male was found deceased from natural causes.

July 7 9:09 p.m. Death-Natural at 4400 Lake Rd in North Division. A female was found deceased from apparent natural causes.

July 7 9:44 p.m. Robbery from Person - Strong Arm at 4100 Dunwoody Dr in North Tryon Division. The victim reported that a known suspect used physical force to take property from them. No injuries.

July 7 10:57 p.m. Robbery from Person - Armed at 4400 Welling Ave in Freedom Division. The victim reported being robbed at gunpoint by two black male suspects. One suspect was arrested at a nearby location. Robbery detectives responded.

July 8 1:37 a.m. Robbery from Person - Armed at 6500 Wisteria Dr in Westover Division. The victim reported being robbed at knifepoint by two Hispanic male suspects. The victim suffered a minor injury when they were stabbed during the incident. The suspects fled on foot.

July 8 5:18 a.m. Robbery from Person - Armed at 200 E. 11th St in Central Division. The victim reported being robbed at knifepoint by a black male suspect, 6'1", white tee shirt and shorts. The suspect fled on foot. No injuries.
