LANCASTER COUNTY, S.C. —
Deputies said they to use a Taser on a Lancaster man twice after he kicked out the window of a patrol car while it was moving.
Deputies arrested Michael Knight Sunday morning on charges he failed to pay child support.
Deputies had to chase Knight after they said he escaped from the patrol car.
A deputy stunned him with a Taser on his back, and then deployed it again when he tried to get up.
Knight faces several charges including unlawful escape.
