The FBI has arrested a New York woman, accusing her of posing as a victim's relative to try to solicit donations.
CNN went to Nouel Alba's home in the Bronx before her arrest and she told the reporter, David Fitzpatrick, that she had nothing to do with fraudulent donations.
When Fitzpatrick and his crew asked if they could come into Alba's home she replied "No."
"No? This says, this has your email on it right there, this is about Noah Pozner's funeral," said Fitzpatrick.
"I've never sent that," said Alba.
"Take a look at it ma'am. It's got your email all over it. And take a look at the second page. It gives your PayPal account and a bank routing number that you said, you say you set up," said Fitzpatrick.
"That's not my PayPal account. I mean, I have a PayPal account like that," said Alba.
Alba is charged with lying to federal agents and was released on a $50,000 bond.
