Former Harrelson Automotive Employees Indicted

CHARLOTTE, N.C. —

The U.S. Attorney General indicted 10 former employees of a Charlotte car dealership on fraud charges this month.

The employees used to work for Harrelson Automotive Group.

The indictments state that between 1999 and 2005 the employees conspired with each other to defraud lending companies and get financing for car sales.

Documents show companies lost more than $1.2 million.

No one has been charged in the case.
