Funeral Today For Young Girl Killed In ATV Accident
GASTON COUNTY, N.C. —
Haylee Ledford, 7, died Saturday in Lowell after the ATV she was riding on flipped over.
Haylee was riding the ATV with her mother's boyfriend, Charles Rollins, 36.
Her funeral is today.
Haylee's autopsy Monday showed she died from head trauma.
Gaston County Police said Haylee was not wearing a helmet.
No charges have been filed yet, but the District Attorney approved a charge of involuntary manslaughter against Rollins.
