Gastonia Man Accused Of Putting Out Cigarette In Woman's Eye
GASTONIA, N.C. —
A 20-year-old man is facing charges for allegedly putting out a cigarette in a woman's eye, police said.
Octavius Phillips punched the woman in the face and then burned her, authorities said.
Officers said when the arrested Phillips, he gave them a false name.
