Kannapolis Church Now Rid Of Pesky Bees

KANNAPOLIS, N.C. —

A Kannapolis church is now rid of a pesky problem. For the past week, thousands of bees have swarmed the Four Gospel Missionary Church. It became so much of a problem, bible study and services were even cancelled.

Then, on Friday night a beekeeper came to the church, and set out a box with honey in it. One by one, the bees started flying into the box. And after a few hours almost all the bees were gone.

"I don't know why they came here. But they'll swarm that way every spring. That's nature," said beekeeper Bobby Coe. Unlike the churchgoers, the beekeeper was thrilled about the bees. He plans to use them for honey.
