KANNAPOLIS, N.C. —
Then, on Friday night a beekeeper came to the church, and set out a box with honey in it. One by one, the bees started flying into the box. And after a few hours almost all the bees were gone.
"I don't know why they came here. But they'll swarm that way every spring. That's nature," said beekeeper Bobby Coe. Unlike the churchgoers, the beekeeper was thrilled about the bees. He plans to use them for honey.
