RALEIGH, N.C. —
Charlotte business leaders and the Chamber of Commerce will take their concerns to lawmakers in Raleigh on Wednesday. Chamber President Bob Morgan said he will promote transportation funding, especially for the Monroe Bypass, Garden Parkway and Interstate 485. Morgan also plans to talk about the bill to create an airport authority to take control of Charlotte-Douglas. Eyewitness News Reporter Jason Stoogenke will be at those meetings in Raleigh on Wednesday. Watch for his live reports starting on Eyewitness News at 5 p.m.
