CHARLOTTE, N.C. —
Eleven city and county leaders will be heading to Houston next week. It's part of the Charlotte Chamber's intercity visit to learn about issues like energy and healthcare. Taxpayers will pay for it with about $34,000 in taxpayer money. The group includes two county commissioners, eight city council members and other leaders. They'll leave Wednesday.
