CHARLOTTE, N.C. —
"When Transit Management Of Charlotte, Inc. disciplined Mr. Brown by terminating his employment, he accepted full responsibility for his actions. However, after further review in the grievance process, the company reinstated his employment. Both parties then entered into a legal binding agreement, which reinstated his employment as long as he did not violate any company policies within a 12 month probationary period. Now that the company has unjustly rescinded the binding agreement, Mr. Brown is considering his legal options to hold the company accountable for their actions." -- Michael Harman, Brown's attorney.
