HOKE COUNTY, N.C. —
An Amber alert for a missing 12-year-old boy that was sent out by North Carolina about 7 pm Thursday night is now cancelled.
The Hoke County Sheriff’s Office was in charge of the search.
Just before 11:30 pm, the alert was cancelled.
State agencies didn’t release any other details.
Media reports out of Raleigh say the child was found safe.
