CONCORD, N.C. —
A Concord elementary school spent more than two hours on lockdown Tuesday as police searched for a teen with a gun.
Police went to Weddington Hills Elementary School before 11 a.m. after reported that an armed teen was in a wooded area near the school.
After 90 minutes of searching, officers did not find anything.
Officials said students were never in any danger.
