WATAUGA COUNTY, N.C. —

Eyewitness News has new information on a crash that slowed down traffic on Friday night in Watauga County.

An SUV and minivan collided on Highway 421 in the western part of the county before 8 p.m.

The driver of a Jeep was stopped at Vanderpool Road when he pulled out in front of another car traveling on 421.

After the two collided, one car spun and overturned.

No life-threatening injuries occurred from this accident.

The Jeep driver was ticketed for failing to yield at the right of way.
