SHELBY, N.C. —
Sheriff's deputies in Cleveland County said a man's hallucinations caused him to be arrested on meth charges.
The Shelby Star reported Myron Tesseneer called deputies Monday evening and told them deadly snakes were attacking him in his home.
When they arrived on West Dixon Boulevard, the man told them to look for any snakes and take them away.
Deputies said they didn’t find snakes, but they did find a meth lab.
